Everywhere I look, I see the face of Ray Lopez. Glaring over intersections, frowning at passing traffic, smirking at the signs of any opponent who dares to locate near him. What does Ray stand for? I don't know, but I do know this - If the number of signs you put up has any relation to the votes you will get, then Ray is a shoe-in for city council, district 6.
